80s on the 8th

A permanent feature I decided to go with on my blog (with a little help from Sirius Satellite Radio) is 80's on the 8th. So on the 8th, 18th & 28th of each month I'm going to reminisce a bit over some of my favorite things about growing up in the 80's. It could be anything from fashion (not that I ever had any sense of style), music, movies, TV shows, sports, video games to some of my personal memories. Since the 80's are cool again and I technically fit back in; I figure this could be a fun little journey down memory lane for us all. Things from "back in the day" are becoming relevant again with the advent of Netflix, Hulu, Retro TV and 80's on 8 (satellite radio). Not too mention Hollywood is getting lazy and every other movie, TV show, cartoon and toy are getting remade and rebooted for today's kids or for us kids that never grew up for that matter. So check back in often for some fun little flash backs.
